Welcoming Professor John Jenkins

Top Education Institute is proud to announce that Professor John Jenkins has joined the Institute from 12 November 2018. Professor Jenkins has extensive leadership and academic governance experience in Australian universities. He has worked at several Australian universities, including Central Queensland University (1992-1994), the University of Canberra (1994-1998), The University of Newcastle (1998-2007), and most recently at Southern Cross University. Research Symposium by Associate Professor Chris Baumann

The recent Top Education Institute Research Symposium welcomed guest speaker, Associate Professor Chris Baumann from Macquarie University whose keynote presentation centred on his experiences and insights as an accomplished researcher in the fields of “Competitiveness, Confucianism and Customer Loyalty”. He also offered valuable advice and techniques to enhance prospects for research publications. The subsequent roundtable discussion enabled participants to discuss their own research interests and projects and to explore opportunities for research collaborations. Top Education Institute granted Self-Accrediting Authority 16 May 2018

The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) has authorised Top Education Institute to self-accredit courses in the Broad Field of Education 08 Management and Commerce at Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) levels 5 – 9 TEQSA made this decision on the basis that it was satisfied that the application for self-accrediting authority of courses of study in the management and commerce field of education submitted by Top Education Insitute meets the criteria for authorising Self-Accrediting Authority of the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2011.
